Anna DeSimone

ANNA DESIMONE is an author and consultant in the housing finance industry. She is a nationally-known expert in consumer compliance and mortgage discrimination, and has authored more than 40 books, including fair lending handbooks commissioned by the Clinton Administration. She founded Boston-based Bankers Advisory in 1986 where her team of attorneys provided compliance assessment services for banks throughout the U.S. Her firm was acquired by Clifton Larson Allen, LLP in 2014. She was a board member of the Chamber Orchestra of Boston for 10 years, and a supporter of the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra while her grandson was lead percussionist. She resides in Manhattan, and devotes her time writing books and articles for consumers. She has been an ardent supporter of ALT since 2015 and became a trustee in 2017.
